Shipping + Returns

Items are normally shipped via USPS or UPS within 1 to 5 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. At this time, we do not offer express or expedited shipping. Please email subscribe@annandminter.com if you would like to overnight your order. A 5.6% sales tax must be charged for all orders.

International Shipping

As Ann & Minter is a newly established company, we are not engaging in international transactions. We hope to expand our reach into international waters soon!

Return Policy

Full price items purchased using a discount code may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things don't work out as planned. Full price items (i.e. items not on sale or purchased using a promo code) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within two weeks of the date you received the item(s). Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 50 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 50 days after the original order date.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
